My maintenance light came on because my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation.

I don't usually go to West Coast Nissan but they confirmed before booking that my maintenance package through Nissan is usable there as well.

Kelvin at the service department was very accommodating I came in a bit early and he was able to squeeze my vehicle in right away to save me a bit of time. It was nice seeing that the staff here were following social distancing policies with pretty much everyone wearing a mask too. Kelvin went through my service record and pointed out that the other Nissan dealership that I usually go to had missed a few key service items. I was really impressed with the attention to detail my vehicle was given, they really left no stone unturned.

Looking back at my previous experiences at car dealerships, I have to say that I felt my needs were taken care of more by West Coast Nissan than any other that I've visited in the past. Very friendly professional and accountable service.
