First the positive: the spa is very nice and also offers enough moorings.
The dinner is mediocre, the food very carelessly prepared. The reception staff is very rude especially in the spa area. A few nice words, please or thank you should be self-evident. If the guest responds to the question whether everything fits with "it works" should be asked for the cause. A retraining is urgently necessary.
Price-performance does not fit. This was the first and last holiday here.
