Cordis is a gorgeous hotel smack in the middle of one of HK s main shopping/business areas. They have beautiful rooms, a rooftop pool and a very nice spa. Also nightly wine tastings, and it s worth checking out the food truck concept restaurant on the patio downstairs. One of the nicer places I ve stayed while traveling Asia. PS the view from my room looked like this - pretty incredible.
