This trip was very disappointing. We've been fans of Glenside Pub for years and have never been disappointed before. When we called this time, they said our food would be ready in about 25-30 minutes. Since we live about 5 minutes away, we waited 30 minutes before leaving. When i went in, there were quite a few people standing around trying to social distance ( except in the bar). After I paid, the cashier went to get my food and came back saying about 4 more minutes. Two or three other customers came in for take out and we're also told about 5 minutes, then 10 minutes. After waiting for about 5 or 6 minutes I asked if my four minutes was up. Nope, 5 more minutes. Then 5 more minutes, then a few more minutes, and a few more. Other customers got there food after waiting 5-10 minutes. All told, I waited for about the original 25-30 minutes after arriving. In other words, my order probably never got placed. Once we got our food, it was great like always. But the low rating is based on not being told the truth up front. I can deal with mistakes, but not this. We will probably go back, but it will be a while. There are too many other pizza choices in Muskegon.
