Purchased 2 Style 705 Recliner leather chairs and ...

Purchased 2 Style 705 Recliner leather chairs and a couch and was very impressed with the products when purchased. Then one of the chairs recliner mechanism has broken and I have not been able to get repaired. My dealer doesn't service products outside of warranty and my chair is several years older. Frustrating since the dealer gave me the names of repair persons 150 miles away who don't come the distance to my home. The dealer will not provide any assistance, since it is out of warranty. I found a repair person to do the work, but need to obtain the parts and cannot do so outside the dealer. Very frustrating for furniture of this quality. Tried calling manufacturer and they keep referring back to the dealer.
