Just spend the money on a cab or uber.

I signed up for the round trip pass and was shuttled around dropping a few people off. Not a problem.

Called a day ahead to book a shuttle back to the airport.

My reservation was at 3:20 Pm and I began waiting outside at 2:50 (to be early). Waited until 3:35 until I called to check the status. They said the driver said I was a "no show". Complete garbage - he never showed up.

So she told me to wait for the next one. Which means I would have been waiting an hour to be picked up. I opted for a cab - I wasn't going to miss my flight because they weren't competent.

The cabby let me know this happens with that company all the time. He tried to get a voucher from them to waive my cab fee and they said "if she doesn't wait for the next shuttle we'll charge her."

So guess what?! They charged my card twice for a service I never received! And then I ended up paying for cab ride anyway.

Rude. Incompetent. Unreliable. Give another company your money.
