I had a problem with my rate as I was attending for a conference, The hotel manager did not allow an adjustment for the rate on my credit card. It was so entirely frustrating dealing with the hotel, and the closed mindedness I have never experienced such incompetence at a hotel that is in a higher deluxe category. We will never hold another conference there again.
