Early Tuesday, there are almost no kids. A very good time to have breakfast or brunch, lots of places to sit. Be mindful, if you arrive at opening hours of the restaurant, there are a few veterans to battle; they cone here daily and will not shy away from being less subtle to get to the best spit first.
The food is good for what you pay, you can have a decent breakfast for as little as 1,50 if you don't get add ons.
