I have never been more disrespected at a car deale...

I have never been more disrespected at a car dealership. I went in with the intention of purchasing a used Civic. The salesperson spoke with me hardly gave me the time of day. I took a test drive and the route they had taken me on was about as brief as possible and I couldn't get any meaningful answers from them about the car. I had to ASK for his card at the end of it all. I ended up buying elsewhere and my father (a loyal Honda owner) went to a different dealership as well. Buerkle is an absolute waste of your time and money, there are much better dealers out there that will treat you with respect.
