I'm writing to commend Shane Barker for the outstanding job he and United Security Financial Corp in Murray, UT handled my refinance of a VA loan. The rates weren't the very best but the service was the greatest. Shane had a lot of competition in getting my nod to continue with the refi, because I unintentionally mentioned somewhere on the internet that I was looking to refinance my existing loan so I was bombarded with people from a variety of companies trying to get my business. In the end, I gave the business to Shane because he just seemed to be the guy who could get the deal done in the least amount of time with the least amount of trouble. I was correct in my selection process. Thanks, Shane, I appreciate your hard work at getting me closed on time with the minimum amount of effort on my part. You did great on the whole process.
