My first time in Charleston and the first time visiting this store. Although the fashions are beautiful, the store was not a pleasant shopping experience. One sales person greeted me, the others did not speak or welcome me as they stood and sat behind the counter. It was an erie feeling as a sales person followed me around the store but did not speak to me. I finally engaged her in dialogue and the exchange was pleasant. The store closed at 6pm, and at 5:50pm the store shut off the music and turned off the lights while I was browsing in front of the main counter. One sales person was celebrating how they all got through "a slow day," but no one seemed to care that I was in the store. Better customer service is needed if the store wants to improve.
