Prior to marrying my now husband back in 2008, when my home was in foreclosure, someone told me about Tip, He represented me sooo well, My home came out of foreclosure and was SOLD, I knew right then and there, He sincerely Cares about people, not just selling homes, He worked extremely hard and diligent, doing whatever it took, to het my home out of Foreclosure to Sold
After marrying, my husband had a town home, There again we hired Tip, SOLD that town home, took us by the hand, "with my very picky and indecisive self, We bought another home, Once again, Tip SOLD that home, and again, literally like all the other time, took us by the hand, was present at Every meeting with builders, planners, CPI, realtors for the builders, EVERYBODY, That was a part of the building process, there was Tip, right alongside my husband and I speaking up for us as well as educating us on so many details we were not aware of, So for this Lonnnng relationship, and GENUINE care and kindness from Tip and his Team, hands down, He get"s the gold medal in my book EVERYTIME, I recommend him to any and everyone I know, who's looking for Real estate.
