I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his team and how they saved me!!!! I bought a hot tub in early July and called several extremely well-known and reputable electricians in St. Cloud (one of which I have worked with multiple times in the past). I was repeatedly deferred by those companies and was frustrated with the lack of help and communication I received. I called Mechanical Energy Systems and talked to Tony and he was extremely responsive. Not only did he contact me right away but he also came out the next day and helped me understand different options for placement of my hot tub that we re best for wiring access, but he also worked me into their busy schedule for the very next week! (I waited over a month for other companies to even return my call). Tony arrived the following week ahead of his crew s arrival. He explained to them everything I needed and where I wanted it. They were incredibly professional and were diligent with their work and cleaning up after the job. What other companies weren t able to do in over a month, Tony fixed for me in under a week! Mechanical Energy Systems has earned a new customer. I will be returning to them for all of my future projects. A+ would highly recommend!!!
