So rather than fixing the problems they complained to trip advisor to remove my review of how bad of a hotel they are. That was childish unprofessional and putting a bad aid on their problems rather than looking at their reviews as an opportunity and thrive to be better they decided to do The opposite which is do worst and covered up

No microwave in the room. It s on the 4th and 5th floor. So if u r on The first floor or the last Florida you have to take the elevator up or down so you can warm up your food which is extremely annoying
TV remote doesn't work, I called the front desk an hour ago told them about it, they said they're going to send the engineer over, for how ridiculous that sound an engineer for TV remote it's been an hour and still no engineers here to fix the problem yet. There are more to a hotel then a bed.
