Very bad. I've been calling for more than two hour...

Very bad. I've been calling for more than two hours because we don't have electricity and they don't pick up the phone to report. All this after waiting 27 minutes to be able to contact Endesa's breakdown telephone number, and without success either. After calling because we have been with these problems for more than a week and no solution
I think they could have a little responsibility nooo?
