First time at Capital Ford dropping off my Ford Raptor for an oil change and to have a potential cam phaser issue looked at (factory warranty). After having the truck for two days they called and said they couldn t diagnose the issue because it needed an oil change, but the other service department does the oil changes so I would need to take it there myself (because they are too busy) and then schedule another service appointment to have the irregular engine sound looked. The service person on the phone was pleasant & seemed apologetic that this situation made absolutely no sense. If your business is that understaffed please adjust your scheduling to accommodate.
