When first arriving for first visit to your place ...

When first arriving for first visit to your place of business, we went to a service advisor who was rude to us and told us to go stand by my car. There were a lot of people about and no one greeted us or asked to assist us.
When a service advisor did come talk to us he seemed helpful. We turned my car in and went to have lunch and run an errand. When we came back after learning car was ready, we were told I had a $125.00 diagnostic charge. Our provider told me he gave me a discount because it was supposed to be $250. Never when I scheduled my appointment or during the text messages or when I dropped off my crv was I told there was going to be a charge. My car had been taken back prior to the paperwork being completed. Never once was a charge even mentioned. Service advisor wrote $250 on the ticket never mentioning what it was for.
Overall, we were quite disappointed in the service visit. We were told it would take an hour and ended up taking three and by then it was too late to find anyone to fix my car. Then to top it all off to be charged a fee we knew nothing about. A score of 1 should be -1 since I had to pay for something for such poor service.
