I've rented from 5 different management companies in the time that I've been living in apartment, and Wooten has been among the best for proffesionality and reliability. They don't play tricks to get one over on you , and they don't try to scrap you for every penny they can get. Everything I've seen in my short time here tells me that they care about the business they receive and that they work hard to keep the customers and tenants they have. If you see their sign in front of a complex you're thinking of renting from, I recommend you give them a look.
