Customer beware. If you happen to be a consumer or employee who needs a Healthcare reform certification and go through this company be prepared to have it be extremely difficult to cancel. I cannot access the website through my original login since it was tied to my employer (which I resigned from when my child was born prematurely) and have reached out to the company multiple times to request cancellation - and heard nothing. I have email threads that show me requesting for my emails to be sent to "higher ups" with no response - and other emails I have sent to other parties in the company requesting that they cancel and remove my card from file. I have still heard nothing. They are quick to respond if you dispute their charges but not when it comes to preventing future ones, since they will benefit by charging me again.
