To start with Patrick Clark's measurements were not accurate which caused problems with the installation for Dale. The production manager Erick Bensor came out the next day to do a re-measure but all he did was measure the distance from the patio to the attachment point and collect more money. Due to these errors the job was not done the way I was expecting. Also the post anchor bolts were not properly installed. One is completely missing, one is sticking out of the hole approx. 98% and three are not secured in the holes. Dale wanted payment and said he would be back the next day to fix them but he never showed. It's been nearly five weeks and several phone calls to Erick and all I get are promises. This shows to me and it should to you that this company can not be trusted. Look for a more trustworthy company for your project.
