Update: through getting serviced at new local shop...

Update: through getting serviced at new local shops (after moving), I m starting to get hints that they are not as genuine as initially seemed. Just little things here and there... like I was told a longgg while back my brakes were getting to the red. But these smaller guys told me they re in great shape actually. Small things like that that adds up.. so keep your wits about you and don t get all the services they suggest to you blindly.
Original: Their service is generally good, but they're priced-up. I'd save a trip here after you've gotten the problem checked out at your trusted local auto shop, and they cannot offer a fix. Usually, whenever I come here, I end up spending hundreds of $ on serious (or just troublesome) issues. Note that they will charge a hefty $120/hr on diagnosis and are not lenient on charging you it. I had some deep wiring trouble and ended up forking over $600 bucks (5 hrs; this is like double the norm labor rate...). Again, they're fine but definitely not my first go-to because of the high cost.
