After a digestive endoscopy examination (Padiglione Bassi) performed by polite people, I am told that the result will be available "starting from the 30th day following the date of the endoscopic examination." I am given a photocopied sheet with a phone number to which NO ONE EVER ANSWERS (in the short time slot requested 10: 30-13: 00) I dare not even try to call before or after! Not only are the response times extremely excessive, but there is a total sense of irresponsibility towards the patient-client who has duly paid for the service. Ever heard of the concept of "public service"?
