Following a terrible fall which injured my leg really badly I wanted to compliment the staff at Pembury Surgery Assessment Unit, as well as reception staff in A&E. Everyone was so kind, caring and helpful, making my long day actually quite pleasant! It made all the difference. I was lucky enough to be given a reclining chair for the day as well as a blanket while waiting for surgery in the afternoon and felt well looked after. The doctors were fantastic too, very thorough and friendly and they managed to squeeze me in for surgery the same day.

Overall an excellent experience and I'm so grateful to you all.
