This place is horrible. They are lucky they do not have any competition. Typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment. They kept our Q7 for three days, including a holiday, for a routine service, a brake squeak, and an interior rattle. They fixed The rattle and brakes squeak by lubrication. I expressed my skepticism before picking up the vehicle and was assured that the problems were fixed. In less than two days, the brakes squeak and rattle returned. A few days later I received received a text from them asking if I was satisfied. I responded that I was not satisfied and now, 10 days later, I have still not heard from them. positively horrible.
