Poor customer service. Had to make 2 trips to pick up just casters for a table. 2 Staff members weren't knowledgeable AT ALL. I'd rather you be honest and say you don't know than to have an attitude when asked for help. Then tried to rush me out the store to avoid the issue. The promise to credit my card from the grey haired man, for the inconvenience of waiting over an hour for the order, never arrived. So that makes them dishonest also. When you see an item is cheaper than other stores, sometimes it isn't worth the hassle. Lesson learned. One person in the whole building had some basic knowledge, that's why they got 1 star!
