Worth a negative -1 rediculous. Went on the bus tour months ago. When we arrived there was a printer issues. After the confusion they printed a ticket and told us we can do the boat tour. Today we went to the boat tour and were told the tickets online were not able to scan and we could not go on the boat. The 'supervisor' was very rude n not willing to hear us, help us, or be sympathetic. We called the head office to be told by Tina the manager that she can't look up the tickets or verify that we used it. After going back and forth she was able to verify our story and look up that we used it only for the bus (meaning she lied) and she proceeded to say she still can't let us on the boat. She repeatedly say that they get a lot of calls saying ppl don't have their tickets and that they only use the bus tickets for the boat. This clearly means they need a change in their system. How can you not verify if you have been on the boat? Not only is this not my fault but we spent $30 on parking for them to not explain that the tickets on our phone that we used to get on the bus can not be used again for the boat. Big waist of money and time. And horrible customer service.
