Had them install a replacement tree last year. This year we had a few lower branches that did not bloom. Once i got a hold of the right person, Merrifield sent out someone to look at the tree. They pruned and re-shaped the tree within days. It looks great. They even extended the warranty another year before i could ask. I love that they stand behind their work and will work to make the customer happy. Very happy with their support. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
