Bougt a flatscreen TV (Philips 50") for 539 EUR. Made a huge mistake not to look in the box when I recieved the TV. Transported the package safely home. Unpacked the package to discover that it was broken, physically, screen cracked, minor damage to the corner had broken the screen across. I returned straight away for their service department, that send it to service. This was 24-04-2016. Now 24-05-2016 exactly one month later, I have gotten the reply that they don't want to repair the TV, and they blaim me to have broken it myself.

Practically just lost 539 EUR in 5 minutes in Elkor and wasted more than one month waiting.

This company cannot be recommended. I will have to go the legal way now, and waste additional monthes for being able to watch TV again.
