This is the worst experience I have ever had with an ISP. Their service constantly cuts out. I work 100% from home and am lucky I haven't lost my job with the connection interruptions that I've experienced. I can barely stream movies on one device, let alone attempt to connect two devices to the WiFi at the same time. They make dial up look good. Their customer service is a joke. No one ever answers the phone. There is no accountability whatsoever. I pay $90/month for a measly 20mbps (which is outrageous to begin with). The best speed I have ever had is 12mbps and that has rarely happened. I have called several times to address my connectivity issues. If and when I finally get a return phone call, they act like nothing is wrong. Despicable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't have after hours or weekend support. They don't troubleshoot issues. Our internet goes out several times weekly and they deny that there are any problems. Any positive reviews here are bogus
