The very worst online, and in general customer service I have ever had. Any online place in the world has to be better. I am now a member and fan of Foot Locker. 17 days to get my order and that was after i canceled it. Then corporate calls and says well i guess you don't need a refund beings have your order waiting at an accesses point for UPS. I am taking my order straight to a brick and mortar store for a refund, and going to Foot Locker. They have the same shoes 20.00 cheaper anyways
