Eh, My experiences with the Service Dept has been Sluggish at best. Either they have crammed appts, or not enough staff. One Time I actually waiting nearly 3 hours for an oil change for my CX5. Also some of their people have been rude. very pushy. When I call their Service dept they have an admin who gets all pissy when she answers the phone. She needs some customer service training. I'd be happy to show her how to have phone manners. Ive talked with 1 guy at Sesi in the past his name was Mark in the service dept. He was really nice. Overall its hit or miss with Sesi. You guys could learn a lot from Brighton Mazda. btw, I bought my new CX9 grand touring from them because of the exceptional experiences I had with them.
