Dennis Jeffers in the Customer Service department went to great lengths to assist us with a problem we were having with our Volvo V50. When it was time for a new car, we went back to Smythe because of the outstanding customer service we received from him and the entire team at Smythe. The trip from Brooklyn to Summit, NJ is always worth it. Dennis has never let us down!
