Appeared to be an upper market and professional service initially. Although one of the administrators or account managers seemed to have lost her ability in customer service along the line, if she had any at all.

I called the company up three times regarding an e-mail I hadn't received, it wasn't until I physically went into the office, that I acquired the paperwork I was requesting. This was after she proceeded to blame me for not giving her the correct e-mail, leaving my mobile number and for not having my contact details in their database.
