I state that I am their client and point out the following:
-as a result of my insurance case, I am assigned by the company as a law firm;
- the aforementioned study only on the basis of an email, without analyzing medical documentation or fixing a meeting or making a phone call, reports that it cannot proceed (only by viewing an email of a few lines sent by me).
Disappointed by the behavior of the lawyer and the company which today expressed itself on the matter, obviously giving reason to the lawyer (it is clear that in this way they will not pay the compensation by pocketing the annual insurance premium).
