Review of Mistwood Golf Course

Wow. Just wow.

Wow. Just wow.

Might be the best golf within an hour of Chicago.

Course design - fun, challenging, risk and reward. Beautiful and picturesque. Green complexes are dynamic and difficult.

Conditions - immaculate. Greens running fast but true. Probably around 12 or 13 on a stimp.
Sand in great condition.

Practice facility - great range and clubhouse area. Chipping Green is quality although practice bunker was in rough condition from rains.

Staff - helpful and friendly! Ready to assist with anything, bag drop and cart load and post round club wipe off if desired. (Tip them they work hard!!)

Restaurant - great food! The cheese curds are a must try. Friendly waitstaff and ample outdoor seating!
