I talked to them on the phone. Overall, horrible and bad experience.
Half an hour taken just to be connected with a real person.
But what is worse is that teller's really unkind attitudes. I was able to talk to 2 people. One person just hung up before I explain something, (I really wanted to identity who he was, but I gave up just because I didn't want to waste my time with horrible and irritating automated responding machine.), and the other person didn't hang up like previous guy, but almost as unkind as that guy from his phone answering manner.

It's really hard for me to believe that this is happening in America.
Having no sense of professionalism, lack of kindness, just mean & uneducated mind was there.
