I brought my vehicle in for "brakes" and some quirky noise under the hood. Fred and Dan, along wih Brian determined it was not really safe for me to be driving as the differential was leaking, and it seems it had drained pretty close to dry....well, with the estimate around $2200...I explained that I could not pay till the end of the month, (retirement does have its downfalls). Dan, Fred were very supportive...I told them I would come in and pay at the end of the month...they ensured I got a ride home...and I did indeedn come back cash in hand. After I arrived home, I went to start it and the battery was dead, It was 1515, and I knew they would be going home soon, I had no way to charge the battery, but Fred came over on his time off and charged her up...above and beyond....I am so grateful to your service crew...the management team and the young lady who took all my money!!!! My family has always purchased from Al Serra,,,from the 1960's and to this day....that will not change.....THANK YOU DAN AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FRED...AND CONGRATS ON YOUR PROMOTIONS,,,WELL DONE, WELL DESERVED...ONE LAST NOTE..THROUGH ALL OF THIS, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, KIND, UNDERSTANDING,,AND iT WAS ALL FOR ME...aL sERRA SURE DOOES ABIDE BY "CUSTOMER COMES FIRST"

BY THE WAY...my trailblazer runs like a new car....amazing what new brakes will do for a vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I GUESS THAT THESE SURVEYS END UP IN SURVEY HEAVEN ...HOPEFULLY NOT..KUDOS TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT...PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG TO ALL OF THEM.
iT IS ALWAYS NICE TO KNOW SOMEONE OUT THERE APPRECIATES WHAT YOU DO
WITH MY GRATITUDE,
