We've been looking for a used Rav4 for a couple of weeks, and were intent on buying used, but with Toyota's promotion/discounts on new Rav's, not to mention the 0 % financing, we could not pass up buying a brand new Rav4. Met several sales associates as well as the GM, but we were so glad we ended up with Mark Harris as our sales person. He's easy going, great personality, and made the process actually enjoyable!
