After a literal nationwide search, I was able to find the perfect car for our family at Gwinnett Place Honda! I showed up on a rainy Tuesday Election Day with my 3 year old and 18 month old. It was chaotic; one of them face-planted off the curb within 5 minutes and the other stole a bag of jerky from the diaper bag...MARCO was calm and patient! He answered my laundry list of questions and followed up the next day by phone. After 2 days of discussion over a reasonable price, we came to a deal that I am confident is a wise and sustainable for my family. CURTIS reimbursed the Lyft I took to come buy the car, and the actual purchase experience was seamless and hassle-free--I even enjoyed a cup of tea while waiting! ROBERT in finance was dynamic and kind. He respected my choices and did a great job of presenting me all of the options. I am thrilled to have bought in my hometown of Atlanta from top notch men.

An addendum to my post about 2 weeks after buying the van and the reason I am changing my rating from 5 to 4 stars: there was a dealership mistake with financing that has left us feeling slightly less "wowed" by the whole experience. We were offered a great rate with Honda financing that was expired and not cross-checked when their final offer was made. Ultimately, this led to us having to choose another lender and re-sign lending papers over a week after we drove off the lot with our new car. It felt uncomfortable and unfortunate and the communication during that period was slightly less than on par.

Overall, still a good experience and love my Odyssey, but not as fabulous as it could have been. I think that they could have owned their mistake a bit more and helped us feel more comfortable about the situation.
