The staff walking in was very welcoming! I have currently walked into places taking temps and the person seems bothered that I walked in and they have to take my temp, NOT here at all! The lady taking temps was so nice! They were very quick to get us in, my daughter is 13 she was actually the patient seeing Dr. Graves. All staff made us feel comfortable with all the covid and precautions things can get over whelming and confusing especially for a teenager already nervous and scared. The staff made it beyond comfortable! As far as Dr. Graves I can not recommend him enough! My daughter was so so scared going in she was talking very quiet (she is not a quiet person at all!!) but Dr. Graves made her feel very very comfortable, she also is a bit nervous around male doctors being she is 13 but once he came in and just sat and talked with her she was ok. As far as diagnosis he explained everything and I mean everything he also made me feel very comfortable as well, explaining everything. I am a mother who tends to worry A LOT he made sure we knew some of the things are a possibility but n thing to worry about. I could keep going but I m sure who ever is reading gets it by now I truly do think Orthopedic Center Of Illinois is truly amazing! Dr. Graves is a great doctor and sometimes that is hard to find... especially a doctor who is personable! I recommend 110%!!
