Turned up today at the hotel for afternoon tea boo...

Turned up today at the hotel for afternoon tea booked for two people to find hotel and restaurant closed. Very angry as travelled by train for the afternoon tea. I rang from outside the hotel but not happy to be told that it will be open again in November and come then.
