Very poor communication and follow through. First time ever using a staffing agency and was severely disappointed. Very friendly staff, but they don't follow through or communicate with you about what they are doing with your applications. I met for the first time and didn't hear anything for more than a week later. When I reached out to let Amanda know my experience was not satisfactory or what they made it seem it would be, I never heard anything back. Not even acknowledgement that my concerns were heard or any type of effort to save business and keep me as a client. Would never recommend this agency to someone I know.
