I want it to share with you my experience using this company trying to sell my asset. Having my property on the market for the last 2 months I experience odds events : multiple times bifold doors were removed, mud stains on carpet , not having access to my property and very pour communication from the agent.
Initially the agent said it will be a $50 cancelation fee if I decided to brake the 3 months agreement, I called the broker and he jumped the fee to $150 saying " if we continue the conversation over the phone the fee will go higher , because I can! "
Anyway , whoever want to use them I wish them lots of patience and good luck!
