The front desk staff was very friendly. The location is good if you're traveling. If you're planning on spending any significant time on Bourbon Street, staying at a location closer to downtown would be better. The workout equipment was surprisingly good and in good condition. I didn't eat at the in-house restaurant. The water pressure was very good and it got up to temperature quickly. The drainage in the tub was extremely slow. That's the only negative I can think of. It's not a five-star property, but it fits the bill for a short business trip. I would stay here again, no hesitation.
