me and my family spent the september 29th, 2018-september 30th, 2018 (saturday-sunday)..I must say that the staff they have were completely rude to the point of almost being smacked in the face..their valet system sucks and are also rude..for the kind of money that a person spends to stay at a so called 5 star resort i think me and my family could have been treated alot better. i spent $900 dollars for two nights in one of there biggest suites and it was filthy..when i called to have it cleaned i was told someone would be there to clean it,but no one showed up..one of the toilets were clogged and again no one came..i would never stay at this resort again nor would i refer anyone to do so..this place sucks..it is definitely not a place for children..their were people passed out in elevators, always loud in the hallways ,people fighting etc...
