After checked in, they told us they have to make a copy to our credit card. We did not allow that as they had already swept our card and we also entered all details of our credit card at Booking. As we did not agree, they said we couldn't stay. They said they would cancel the reservation at no cost. They also said they would send me a confirmation email that I've never received even confirming with them my email. On top of that, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and this was supposed to be my wedding anniversary present
