Poor service... I did an inquiry online trying to get average site preparation costs. A few minutes later, I get a call from someone saying "Hey, what's going on" with no sort of introduction. It took me a minute to even realize it was Lowell with AHP calling about my inquiry. He then asked me where I was looking to build. I told him Pasadena, and he immediately tried to end the call. He said "We don't build in Pasadena. Best of luck". No offer of helping find land in another area, no sort of apology for the change (they previously told me they would build in Pasadena), no referral to a builder who does build in Pasadena, etc. Just too eager to hang up the phone.

The next day I submitted another question online asking if they built in Fort Bend County. Lowell called a few minutes later. Apparently he didn't read the inquiry. He called and said "Did you submit another inquiry? We don't build in Pasadena". Instead of trying to find a way to be helpful, he immediately assumed that he couldn't help me. I was able to squeeze in my question anyway, so he referred me to the Katy office since they build in Fort Bend.

I'm giving 2 stars since my previous interactions with AHP were fine, and Christine is very nice.
