Very disappointed. If you ever take your car there, please take pics once you get to the shop and check the car before leaving. I have been a client for 10 years and left my car there due service the engine. Service was done well but unfortunately my car came back with almost no gas and when i stoped at the gas station, i notice a scratch on the passenger side. I immediately sent the pics to rafael and his manager, but they reply was that they will can not look at pics after the customer left the shop! Very sad, it is a customer that is leaving and will never come back! They need to do a better job with others property. Mistakes do happen and honesty comes a long way. Their employees should be better trained and this sort of matters should be taken in serious consideration. Small issue but they broke a huge principle. I am truly disappointed!!!
