Nice product. Looks really good on a roof but don't sign the class 4 insurance discount because if hail damages the appearance the insurance won't pay for the roof. The discount has aqn appearance allowance disclaimer. Keep the trees of it too, as you would for any roof, because the coating can be rubbed off.
People who have this roof swear by it. Their is an insulation stuffer but it is not for energy efficiency as many roofing contractors claim. The aluminum helps stop heat already and you are probably not climate controlling your attic. The insulation is a sound supressor because when the sun comes on and off the roof on a cloudy day the roof makes a roaring cricket type sound.
