The amount of time it took from initially requesting a quote, to our shattered window actually being replaced, took 6 weeks exactly.

I have had to chase to get someone round to measure up, I had to chase to then go ahead with the quote they had provided. I had to constantly email to get an update of when the engineer would be with us. I was then told last Wednesday that someone would be with us on the Thursday or Friday but would not confirm the day or the time and did not check first to see if this was convenient for us. After multiple emails trying to find out what time the engineer would be with us, he turned up last Friday at 3:45pm when we were told he would be with us between 2-4pm to replace a window. We were unaware of how long the replacement would take and would'e liked to have been told by the engineer how far away he was etc.
The engineer, when he eventually turned up, was incredibly miserable, short tempered and unfriendly.

I will not be using Able Group again due to their lack of communication with myself as well as the lack of interpersonal skills the engineer had. I would expect better service from a company who pride themselves on a "rapid emergency response" as well as being able to "solve problems quickly and effectively".
